Pane e Acqua, Rossana Orlandi’s restaurant, is located in the Magenta district of Milan. The space was former tobacconist’s shop of Via Matteo. The brief was to convert the space into a a small high-quality bistro with an original concept.

Designed by famed furniture impresario Paola Navone for the equally famous shopkeeper and owner (retail store, Spazio Rossana Orlandi, is down the street), conserves its character in a creative reinterpretation of tradition, based on research that absorbs and reworks all kinds of influences.

Here, the chairs of Gervasoni’s Gray collection have been personalized and transformed into unique items.
