The restaurant Quaglinos was redesigned by DYER-SMITH & FREY, the creators of the acclaimed Monkey Bar. The classic French bistro-type establishment in New Art-Deco style gives the traditional meeting place  the flair of a French brasserie -the core is the Zinnbar with upright spirits menu. Chef Enrico Verdecia Amaya, former Sous Chef at Zurich’s Hotel Kindli, treats guests to match the atmosphere with seasonal southern French cuisine.
